The Art of Self-Actualizing!
This is an exciting, sometimes confounding subject. We can tackle it together, and I can share my experience..ok Family!?

First, let’s define it.
“Self-actualization is a term that has been used in various psychology theories, often in slightly different ways. The term was originally introduced by the organismic theorist Kurt Goldstein for the motive to realize one’s full potential. Wikipedia”
Overstand, it is a term that derived from Western Science and theories BASED ON ANCIENT WISDOM!
This is Supreme because we have (as Indigenous, African, MELENATED, Black Folks) used this science to build society, for time untold.
OLMECAN science of Natural Time gives a Galactic Signature or rather A DESCRIPTION for HOW the higher self of that being Will ACTUALIZE, if activated!
AFRIKAN Spirituality or IFA uses a pantheon of Orisha or God’s and those GUIDE practitioners towards fufillment..if used properly!
There are many practices and series of activities and cultural frameworks that are used to build divinity in man.
Attunement!
Visualization being one of those: the art of SEEING ones self in Meditation, reliquishing any blocks to energy (divine light) to grow to one’s fullest potential. The act of closing the physical eye and instead using the pineal gland or (third eye) to simply imagine..full potential. This was and is an ancient Kemetic practice as well.
As a matter of fact..they have it written into ancient Kemetic legend that the God’s had to pass thru certain LEVELS OF AWARENESS to reach FULL POTENTIAL! It states that the primordial matter or (Nun) as it is called, is like a soul to grow ones imaginings. The spark or atom or ATUM releases energy of such a magnitude, that the being COMES INTO A GREATER CONSCIOUS AWARENESS!
Spiritualist and author, Judah Faheem- El D.D. explains in his blog “Actualizing the spiritual self” the story and symbolic and divine meaning:

Back to present time, CAN WE DO THIS?
AS AN ARTIST, I have to say, emphatically, YES!
BUT…YOU ARE IN FOR A STRUGGLE OF YOUR LIFE to make it happen!
What the Ancient Kemetians had that we are without, most times, IS A CONSTRUCT TO ACTUALIZE WITHIN!
Reminds me of the movie “Walk Hard” where the very comical , sultry (in his own mind lol) country singer IS ACTUALLY A DECENT SINGER. But his depressed wife, laden with babies in her arms yells ” NOBODY MAKES MONEY OFF OF MUSIC DEWY!!**” LOL! And she means it. Sometimes, our success and growth depends ON THOSE CLOSE TO US!
SOMETIMES, YOU HAVE TO MAKE ROOM FOR YOURSELF TO GROW, AND GET RID OF LOW VIBRATIONS!
This is HUGE! Many of us suffer silently, sitting in work, school, places of worship, and stagnant RELATIONSHIPS. All of which can prevent one DESTINED to carry out THEIR LIFE PURPOSE. IT IS A TYPE OF DISMISING OF ONE’S DIVINITY.
PERSONALLY, I DON’T ALLOW IN MY SPACE! But that’s a personal choice.
The best way to START is to turn OFF the voices of decent. TURN OFF the voices of envy. TURN OFF THE VOICES AROUND US of those, most likely, not actualizing! How can the blind lead the blind? Into a ditch.
So fight, YES FIGHT to make a space for yourself to create the life you desire.
As a melenated wombman (goddess) MY WOMB lines up with my ACTIVE THIRD EYE (pineal gland) which is the MANUFACTURING PLANT for DIVINE IMAGININGS! ONCE AGAIN, THE ORGAN WHICH BRINGS SOULS TO THIS PLANE is lined up with a ACTIVE THIRD EYE (FULL CONSCIOUSNESS)! IT IS NOT CONJECTURE TO SURMISE WE CAN BRING MORE, FOR OURSELVES TO MAXIMIZE TO FULL POTENTIAL!
SO….you find out your husband is wanting you to reach full potential..less and less as the years go by. What do you do?
It depends on how important it is to you. Some wait and procrastinate while building up someone else’s dream. Isn’t that what the ” American Dream” is really about?
With a conscious awareness, will your values and personal standards change? Probably so.
Will you lose friends and family connection? Probably so.
Self-Actualizing can be a THREAT, to others around you!
Besides that, who can judge another’s path, when frame of reference, archytype, and ancestral journey DIFFERS person to person!?
I implore aspiring divine ones to explore this concept fully! Find information that aligns one with conscious awareness. Gather your science, study your craft, after you made a space for you to grow within..
GROW! Got it?!

Below is an awesome breathing technique that roots one in their higher( spiritual) self, which is where our codes for actualizing hides. Just be and hear the inner instructions.
This is called a “Pranic breathe” exercise.
Pranic means: VITAL LIFE FORCE
Sit comfortably (preferred lotus position). Close your eyes and calm yourself with deep cleaning breathes. Once you feel calm within your center, breath in the “pranic” breathe (which is one of positive energy) in a color that denotes happiness. I like yellow. Breathe in to a count of 1. Hold your breath for one count (expanding belly out)and exhale, releasing a different color (imagine the color) I use gray. This is negative energy you are releasing. Hold your breath for a 1 count. Inhale again, this time for 2 seconds, holding for two second, exhaling for 2 seconds. Do this until you can do the cycle for as long as you can ( I go to about 9 second cycles). The counting is great because it helps you concentrate and not let your mind drift to that sexy new brother who moved in next door…FOCUS AND CONCENTRATE and your conscience awareness will become keener. Listen to your inner self. She WILL give instruction!
I don’t think anyone comes across this kind of life changing info by accident. See that’s how it works. We consciously create our experiences. WE CREATE OUR SUCCESS, OUR FULL POTENTIAL!
